The Walgreens coupon in store is actually a manufacturer coupon, and it cannot be combined with the $2 manufacturer expo coupon. Legally it cannot be combined. It says: the $3 one says: Manufacturer coupon good only at Walgreens. You can only use one manufacturer and one store (if the store one doesn't say manufacturer)
