Trusting in Christ means that you're not relying upon yourself, but on HIM.
When you put your faith and trust in Jesus, you are saying that you do not want to hold onto the reigns of your life. Try not to take control when problems arise, but instead seek Him out in prayer. Jesus died for you so that He may have fellowship with you.
