    Just wanted to let you know, when I got home today I had a message from customer service with Thomas English muffins, thanking me for the nice email, but they had so many emails today that they ran out of coupons and wanted to offer me another brand of their parent company. I called them back and customer service was very nice and they thanked me for the kind words and wanted to offer me another brand. I was very impressed. I took brownberry. Also Kettle chips replied to my email and it just said that I would be hearing from them soon. Very good day for just letting them know how much I like their product. Thanks for all your help.

    I am new to couponing and would like to know when emailing companies what do you say without asking for coupons?
