We email these companies to let them know how much we love their product or if we had issues with the product. In return most companies will send coupons or even voucher for FREE items. Companies love complements!! :) If something was wrong with the product, companies want to know so they can fix it. It only takes a couple of minutes to email and soooo worth it.

I EMAILED COMET LAST WEEK AND RECEIVED A FREE COUPON IN THE MAIL FOR A BOTTLE OF THE SPRAY CLEANER...I WAS SO EXCITED. SO DEFINATELY EMAIL THE COMPANIES AND PRAISE THEM..IT WORKS
