    The new coupon policy as I understand (for Town & Country)states that you are not allowed to save more than 50%. Is that only when DOUBLING a coupon or with any? Also, if I understand the new policy it states that you can't use coupons for free items anymore. What's up? I'm confused.I'm about at my wits end. I'm starting to think that maybe I should just stop couponing. Why are the stores all changing their couponing policies? Don't they get reimbersed for this?!
