With my kids, we don't buy Valentine's Day Candy. We make a pasta dinner ( Italian is suppose to be romantic right ;) and then have a yummy dessert! Just being together and having a great time baking and cooking.
My husband and I do not go out on Valentine's Day, we rather be with our kids and go out another time. ( won't be as crowded then either )
