Through December 31st, you can help your kids develop healthy bedtime habits by tracking their washing, brushing and reading daily AND you’ll earn points from recording your progress to get a FREE Colgate Kids toothbrush (Limit one Colgate kids toothbrush per child’s name, per postal address)!
Here’s what you need to do….
* Complete the registration form found here
* Create your child’s own personalized Healthy Bedtime Habits Log
* Track your child’s progress, online or on paper.
* Once your family completes the online log, Colgate will send you an email notification that you have now qualified for your free toothbrush.
Just follow the link provided in that email and complete the redemption form and send in the mail. Your kids character toothbrush should arrive within eight to 12 weeks of your submission. Your family will receive one toothbrush per child who successfully completes the log.
